Through LeadPeace, Ayat hopes to be part of the movement that encourages younger generations to be peacebuilders, leaders, and, overall, better people.

Ayat Younis (she/her) is an energetic teenager who is a member of LeadPeace’s content team and a senior at King Abdullah Academy. She enjoys spending her time reading, researching, and writing just about anything! Ayat joined LeadPeace through her peers and became interested in the organization’s purpose: to encourage young people to use their voices to be leaders and peace-builders, and use these skills to speak on major social justice issues in her community. Through LeadPeace, Ayat hopes to be part of the movement that encourages younger generations to be peacebuilders, leaders, and overall, better people.
