Liya hopes to influence people to take part in bringing change to our community. In her free time, she enjoys art and taking part in tennis and music.

Liya is the current CEO and a senior at South Lakes High School, Northern VA. She joined LeadPeace in 2020 in an effort to bring positivity and equality throughout her community. Liya hopes to influence people to take part in bringing change to the community while expanding her skills as a leader and communicator. In her free time, she enjoys art and taking part in tennis and music. Liya loves to read and catch up on current events. At school, she takes part in orchestra, playing the violin, and is a part of the New Hawks Ambassadors and UNICEF Unite club. Liya is proud of the work LeadPeace has done in the past and is excited to further expand and influence the team as CEO.
